Year-round rates — one or two people

Alberti Cottage:

• $300 nightly (Bed & Breakfast)
• $285 nightly (rental only, breakfast not provided)
• 2 night minimum, longer on holidays
• $50 additional Adult, $25 Child
• weekly rate (7 nights): $240/night (rental only)
• (with breakfast $15.00 per night extra)

Alberti Bungalow:

• $275 nightly (Bed & Breakfast)
• $260 nightly (rental only, breakfast not provided)
• 2 night minimum, longer on holidays
• weekly rate (7 nights): $230/night (rental only)
• (with breakfast $15.00 per night extra)

Cancellation Policy

• If your cancellation is received 14 days prior to your arrival date, we will return your deposit less a $25 per night handling fee. For cancellations made with less than 14 days notice, you will be responsible to pay any portion of the reservation that we are unable to rebook.
• Prices are subject to change (10% county tax not included).
• 2 night minimum on Weekends & Holidays.
• Full payment is due at time of booking.
• MasterCard, Visa, and personal checks accepted.
• Check-in 4 p.m.
• Check-out 11 a.m.
